We are seeking a talented recruiter to join our Temp / Contract team and cover the Communications market, we have a VERY successful desk that is being vacated as the current employee is relocating abroad, currently generating £250k+ p/a. The contract team are having a great year and you will have clients to work with from day one, plus a very strong permanent communications team to work off. Have recently secured additional investment, we will be growing significantly and we are seeking motivated, driven and service excellence orientated staff to facilitate this. The team focuses on External and Internal Communications roles, temp and perm, across all sectors and predominately at manager level and above. Additionally if you wish there is the option to also cover the IR (Investor Relations) market, which is very lucrative and interesting. We have been recruiting into this space of the last 25 years and so have fantastic candidate and client networks. While the ability to business develop is important, because the majority of the business is focussed on marketing recruitment they are bringing in new clients for the comms team to cross sell into on a daily basis. To such an extent that we need more staff to keep up with demand.

Billings Commission £0 to £20,000 7.5% £20,000 to £40,000 17.5% £40,00 0 to £60,000 27.5% £60,000+ 37.5% Additional Kicker 5% commission on everything over £250k in a calendar year Commission is calculated quarterly but paid monthly so you do not have to wait ages to get it! That equates to LOTS of commission: £5,000 a week book = £50,000 p/a in commission alone £7,500 a week book = £105,000 p/a in commission alone £10,000 a week book = £160,000 p/a in commission alone Remember your basic salary is on top of that! Pretty certain you won't find anything of this level anywhere else.
