The role involves: Being mentored by a senior member of Salt’s team over the course of 6-12 months, learning recruitment techniques from the ground up. Sourcing, interviewing and selecting best in class digital talent from the global market Creating a universe of active candidate relationships that you can quickly call upon to fulfil client requirements. Whilst we would ideally like to see candidates with prior recruitment experience this opportunity is also open to driven junior salespeople that want to fast track their career in a highly lucrative sector.

360 Consultant monthly Commission Scheme: 0-55k aed @ 10% 55-110k aed @ 15% 110k+ aed @ 25% Quarterly Bonus Scheme: As a 360 consultant, you will be eligible for the standard quarterly bonus scheme. When you invoice 247,500aed in a quarter you will receive a 10% commission on all invoiced revenue from that quarter
