Job brief:

Our technical team is growing and we are looking to add experienced recruiters into our HQ. Keen to speak to consultants with experience in data, infrastructure and development. These hires will be instrumental in the growth of our technical division across EMEA and there will be opportunities to begin or quickly progress into a leadership role. Permanent Commission Structure

Billing Band Percentage of Billing £0 - £10k 10% £10,001- £20k 15% £20,000+ 25% Quarterly override In addition to the commission structures above, we have a quarterly bonus for those who invoice 45k or above of perm revenue. When you reach that point, you also receive a 4.5k bonus (each quarter 45k is hit).
