Sales Manager - Tech perm

Are you an ambitious Managing Consultant who would like to grow an established, specialist technical practice? Do you love business development and growing existing client relationships as well as being involved in strategic initiatives and taking ownership of a division, then this role is for you! Salt is looking for a Sales Manager to join our technology team. Your role will be to capitalise on the growing demand across areas and build industry-leading teams across Europe. You'll be a successful biller in your own right and ideally have worked extensively within technology, being seen as an expert. You will be passionate about your specialist market, giving awesome client/candidate service and developing consultants through hands-on leadership. You will be part of our leadership team and will be expected to drive performance, motivate and inspire.

Training, development and promotions

When you join you'll be enrolled in our Salt DNA training programme and we have Salt Stars to ensure we are developing our future leaders. We also have lots of external training sessions to ensure we are giving our staff the best platform to succeed. We have a clear, transparent career path and every consultant knows what to do to reach their next promotion. These promotions are based on billings, living our values and also on client and candidate satisfaction as a result of being a market specialist. Promotions run over a 6 consecutive month period so everyone joining should be gunning to get promoted (at least) once in their first year!
