Our employees are constantly learning and evolving. So much changes in the digital economy and we want our consultants to stay on top of all the industry trends. When you join you'll be enrolled in our Salt DNA training programme and we have Salt Stars for Senior Consultant level and above to ensure we are developing our future leaders. We also have lots of external training sessions to ensure we are giving our staff the best platform to succeed. We have a clear, transparent career path and every consultant knows what to do to reach their next promotion. These promotions are based on billings, living our values and also on client and candidate satisfaction as a result of being a market specialist. To get promoted at billing levels you need to invoice at the level above you for a 6 month period. Consultants have an annual revenue target of £120k and Senior Consultants have an annual target of £150k so a Consultant would need to invoice £75k over a 6 month period to get promoted.
