Commission Structure - ZERO THRESHOLD

Fulton Garrick rewards their consultants on every single deal! We value your entrepreneurship and effort and will reward you fairly and will always do our best to help you hit your targets and realise your ambition in every way possible. All new starters will receive 30% of their billings in their first quarter. Thereafter, you will join the Quarterly Company Commission scheme: 0-10k 10% 10-20k 20% 20-30k 30% 30-40k 40% 40k+ 50% If you bill more than 50k in a quarter, you will be eligible to enrol into a bonus structure for the next quarter which will entitle you to 35% on ALL BILLINGS. If you keep billing 50k a quarter, this structure will continue to roll over.

Fulton Garrick is a truly boutique and entrepreneurial company that takes little notice of how many minutes are spent on the phone or other mindless KPI's.
