• Working with the Associate Director of Residential Real Estate to grow and develop the Sales & Customer Experience team within Cobalt. • Experience and a proven track record of billing success within the Residential Property / New Home Sales / Build to Rent sectors would be a distinct advantage. • Business Development • Negotiation • Candidate & Client Management • Vacancy & Deal Management • Candidate Generation • Interviewing • Training, Mentoring & Management Responsibilities (DOE) • Representing Cobalt at Industry Events • Engaging with Ongoing Training & Personal Development
