The Gig

As a true Subject Matter Expert, you'll be responsible for the full 360 Degree Recruitment process in a defined Technology vertical. You'll meet and build relationships with clients in some of Australia's most high-profile businesses, and build a network of the best candidates in your market. You enjoy the chase, but understand that quality needs to underpin everything you do. You want to build a great name for yourself in the Sydney market. We're not looking for old-school Recruiters who just want to send InMails all day and flick random CVs at clients. We want people that love face to face interaction, talking with people on the phone, and actually solving clients' business challenges.

About You

You're hardworking, hungry and care passionately about the work that you do. You want to work with the best clients, candidates and colleagues and you want to have some fun whilst you're doing it. You're self-motivated, not scared of trying new things, and always looking to improve. You love Technology, and you enjoy learning about what's happening in your market. No experience required!

We're looking to turn bright, ambitious individuals into fully fledged Recruitment professionals, but with our structured three month training program, you don't need any prior experience in the industry. Maybe you're coming from a Sales background, or a role in the Tech sector. Or maybe you do have a little experience in Recruitment, but you haven't been given the right platform for success. Either way, you're the kind of person who is well respected by everyone you do business with, and you have a history of getting the job done in a way that makes everyone involved happy.
