We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant/Associate Director for HR Recruitment desk based in Amsterdam. This is a fantastic opportunity to progress your career in recruitment!

The Role

Having now been based in Amsterdam for the last couple of years, Frazer Jones BENELUX is growing more and more successful each week. Our blend of agility, professionalism and expertise allows us to work with pace and precision and develop strong and lasting relationships with both our clients and candidates. We are looking for a Senior Consultant / Associate Director to join the Senior desk here. This is a permanent desk and will ultimately mean you manage previous clients but are responsible for building your own business and securing retained searches within BENELUX. You must have a proven track record of being able to network at an executive level and to identify new business opportunities through utilising ours and your strong network and market experience. This will be an active Client facing role where you will formulate and manage international recruitment assignments across the BENELUX, specifically working on mid-senior to executive level opportunities.

• Strong Commercial awareness • Full end to end recruitment value chain experience that can shape and attract top passive talent, internal and external with a holistic approach • Executive level communication, coaching and influencing skills are critical to create credible and open relationships on talent • Attention to detail in all aspects for work • Creative thinking • Comprehensive market knowledge • Demonstrable evidence of delivering a service based on integrity • Organised working practices with an ability to meet and exceed activity targets • Professional, client facing character with excellent communication skills
