The role sits within our Banking and Financial Services Division which has an extremely strong and reputable name within the market. It is a hot desk where existing relationships mean jobs come to it and business development calls are warm because of our brand. The desk works closely with the established C&I and Professional Services teams which work collaboratively to generate a strong candidate pipeline. The market is not process driven so clients buy into people and us being able to add value which is why credibility is important to us The environment is non-KPI with a mature, drive your desk, high service level approach.

Successful International Relocations
Our social purpose programme enables us to leverage the incredible networks that we have built over the years and fully utilise the established resources we have available. We developed the agenda to have measurable results that positively impact our society and enhance individual personal development. This has been developed in our London business under the guidance of Jo Major, our Social Purpose Lead. We are also rolling this out to some of our other locations internationally throughout this year.
This is a free initiative and aims to support small charities with limited budgets. The platform that we have created connects the HR and marketing professionals in our volunteer network who want to give their time and skills to small charities. This much needed HR and marketing expertise helps organisations grow and achieve more. We run this through our specialist HR recruitment brand Frazer Jones and our specialist Marketing, Sales & Commercial brand, Carter Murray. We look forward to extending this to Taylor Root for Legal & Compliance professionals, and via Brewer Morris for Tax & Treasury experts.
We invite charities of all shapes and sizes to use our office space in London for external meetings, away days and events for no cost. This continues to be one of our most popular initiatives; we love the impact that this has on the charities we support. In the last year we have supported 35 trustee meetings, 200 training events and are saving the sector over £100k a year.
