We actively encourage our employees to consider working abroad in one of our 11 international offices and we are extremely proud of the fact that of our current staff 30 employees (both fee earners and business services) have done so. Many of our Partners who head the international offices, including our CEO, have worked for us in more than one country. Our social purpose programme enables us to leverage the incredible networks that we have built over the years and fully utilise the established resources we have available. We developed the agenda to have measurable results that positively impact our society and enhance individual personal development. We also wanted to develop an education piece for our clients around wellbeing, diversity and inclusion, and social mobility in partnership with the charity sector.

We want to live and breathe them as part of our culture so we launched our Values, Culture & Community programme which is defined by our values of Authentic, Collaborative, Agile and Expert. This incorporates the huge range of activities we are doing around Diversity, Equality & Inclusion; Social Purpose; Our Volunteering programme; Smart Working,giving our people the power to set their own hours; and overall employee value proposition.
