EAP is a service available to all SRG employees in London, which has been set up with Health Assured. The EAP provides you (and immediate family members) with an additional avenue of support outside your network of work, family or friends. Whilst our initial focus in setting this up was with mental wellness in mind, the EAP offers practical guidance and support on a broad range of issues, including financial and legal information, consumer issues, lifestyle issues, physical wellbeing and more.

Our social purpose programme enables us to leverage the incredible networks that we have built over the years and fully utilise the established resources we have available. We developed the agenda to have measurable results that positively impact our society and enhance individual personal development.
