We are currently working in the Dev and Change areas recruiting into banking and are looking for someone to come on board and use our current candidate base to expand into new clients or our current client base to bring in new revenue streams. This role is not 360 it is a BD role going out and doing new business development to bring back contracts and roles for our resourcing functions to fill. You will have recruitment experience but it doesn't need to be in banking or IT. You will have experience of signing up new clients and be passionate about new business development. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to strategise on client acquisition, work with our director to build out new areas and see them take off. You will be rewarded with commission still and a good basic salary.
We are keen to not put too much about the role as we see it, it'd be good if you are driven by this work or have experience in this work to have an informal conversation with our Director Will and see if you have some common ground on how you can develop this role. You will put together a business plan as part of your hiring process with input from Will to create a strategy that works to build outside of the existing revenue streams that we have.
