Nicoll Curtin are amongst the best recruitment companies in the financial services space. We recruit IT and Change for huge corporate companies and have a list of companies who use us as a preferred supplier that any recruitment company would be envious of. Given the huge amount of incoming business and large accounts that we deliver to we are seeking several ambitious resourcers to join our Key Accounts team in London. You will be mostly filling IT Perm vacancies into predominantly Investment Banks. The candidates that we work with are experienced, professionals who know what they want and have high expectations. They are also working in a field that has high salaries and where we can charge high margins which is great news in the world of recruitment. We do this market for a reason, it is very affluent and the roles are needed no matter the economy.

What are we looking for?

You will be a graduate or have sales experience maybe an introduction to recruitment already. You will be excited by a fast paced role working on a high volume of vacancies with several key clients. This position is a recruitment role so it is very sales orientated, competitive, target based and everything that comes with it. It is also a position of customer service and delivery keeping happy our existing client base with no need to do business development to pick up roles. This means you will never have a shortage of roles or slow in pace, and you can focus your time on finding exceptional talent that will impress these clients you have built excellent rapport with. This role comes with the ability to move to a full recruitment consultant role, a business development role or an account manager role. The group also offer a management pathway and international relocation (once you’ve been here a while making money of course).
