Billing Manager

Nicoll Curtin have a very successful Development team placing into Banking and Financial Services mainly and into other industries also. The team is made up of 4 consultants and several resourcers and you will be a billing manager recruiting dev roles into a large number of vacancies from our key accounts and also leading business development into new clients. The team also boasts the highest biller in the UK across all our brands so not a bad area to pick up. The role reports into the Head of Nicoll Curtin London, and you will work alongside another team leader in London to lead all our London recruiters. You will be a proactive business developer and will have experience of working with large accounts in the banking sector also.

This position has become available because our current team leader is moving to our Singapore office to take on a key role there. We are a growing business area with big ambitions. Role Responsibilities

Here is a taste of what you will be doing in the role: - -Personally placing developers into Perm and Contract vacancies with our existing clients - Leading Business Development efforts with the team into new clients - Working with your counterpart team leader and the Head of NCT London to break into new market areas - Day to day management of a team of 6-8 people (a mixture of high performing principal consultants, consultants and some newer trainees and resourcers) - Performance manage your team with monthly, quarterly and annual reviews - Train, develop and mentor team members to improve performance - Be a superuser of our state of the art system; talent rover
