Founded in 2005 as a single desk within a small recruitment consultancy in Hertfordshire. Dove & Hawk was born into a very buoyant property market, initially focusing on Executive Search assignments across mainly Estate Agency positions in London and Hertfordshire. We managed to not only survive but thrive in downturn markets. James & Matthew took over the business in 2010 and set about re-envisioning the company, simplifying our service to what it is today; A results driven, honest and passionate recruitment business. Several placements later to match demand James & Matthew hired Patrick, now a Director who helped the business towards its vision of becoming a leading recruiter in our field covering the whole of the South East of England. James, Matthew & Patrick have a clear vision for the future of D&H and over the last 5 years the business has grown from covering just Estate Agency to working with some of the leading Global Real Estate firms across several property disciplines.

Monthly: £0 - £10,000 = 10% = £1,000.00 pm £10,001 - £15,000 = 15% = £750.00 pm £15,001 - £20,000 = 20% = £1,000.00 pm £20,001+ = 30% = uncapped Plus… £200.00 Monthly bonus JUST for hitting all KPI’s = £2,400.00 p/a £200.00 Quarterly bonus (hit quarterly target) = £800.00 p/a £500.00 Annual bonus (hit annual target)

• We register and screen on average 500 candidates per month / 125 per week. • Average visitors to our website per month: 3,100 • We have a clean database of over 30,000 specialist candidates • Over 5,000 social media followers • 50+ years property and recruitment experience • Over 150% increase in turnover in the last 5 years • Over 10% increase in average fees in the last 5 years • Each consultant working on around 10-15 perm jobs at any one time (PLEASE JOIN US!)
