The opportunity

The Executive Network Group are now seeking a Business Development Consultant within our Network HR brand due to the consistent increase in market share across the UK with over 120% growth since 2015. Network HR are proud to partner the FTSE 250, Fortune 500, Fast Track 200 and Market Disrupters. This opportunity is based from our London office, working alongside an accomplished Business Development Partner within specialist markets servicing the Human Resources industry. This BD role is naturally client facing, so if you enjoy selling recruitment solutions (both contingent and retained) this could be ideal for you.

The Network HR team

Network HR joined Executive Network Group in 2003. Their team of 8 boast a wealth of knowledge within both recruitment and the HR industry. You will have the support of a Senior Managing Consultant with over 13 years recruitment experience - the last 6 dedicated to HR. The team includes an accomplished Business Development Manager, a Partner with over 10 years within HR recruitment and an exceptional delivery unit with 4 consultants. Working on vertical hybrid desks the team know their markets thoroughly so are on hand to help with professional intelligence! The Network HR team are a friendly bunch, they can be found enjoying dinner and drinks or at their HR networking events. What experience would I need?

Ideally we're looking for a sales focused consultant who would enjoy interacting with HR Directors and HR Executives. Any recruitment or sales background will be considered, we're completely open to a consultant who has 12 months exposure and is looking to develop their skill set in Business Development.

What would my OTE look like?

As a BD professional at ENG you'll benefit from being supported by an exceptional delivery team with a fill rate of 2:1. The commission structure has no threshold or caps of course, you'll see 5% monthly and another 2.5% quarterly bonus. For a £40,000 base salary you could expect an additional £30,000 in commission per annum + car allowance and benefits package :-)
