With an average perm fee of £9,500 and a UK wide geographic this 360 desk will see you place mid-senior level appointments such as ;Head of Procurement, Buyers, Procurement Executives and Procurement Business Partners. Whether you're a 360 consultant,or focus on Business Development you'll be a brand ambassador contributing to the networking and round table events that Procurement People hold.
Money is a big motivator for many, we understand this which is why ENG have made our commission structure as competitive as possible. We reward with both monthly and quarterly commission and an annual bonus just for hitting target. Our commission structure has a low monthly threshold of 3k, our total remuneration is 40% therefore you'll be getting rewarded with a competitive basic and excellent commission. For example at £32,000 base salary your OTE for the year will be £64,000.
