Our super brands: -HSE Recruitment Network (Health, Safety and Environmental) -Network HR (Human Resources) -Procurement People -FMC (Facilities Management and Construction) Offering both permanent and contract solutions to our clients we are open to expanding our team with recruiters from either background. If you're a fast paced contract recruiter who feels comfortable agreeing margins and rates we have that covered or if you enjoy the permanent side of contingent recruitment we have opportunities focused on mid-senior level perm recruitment. What really matters to us is the kind of recruiter you are aiming to be, rather than what sector you've always done. We've had great success from bringing consultants into our team and helping them transition into one of our niche sectors.
Money is a big motivator for many, we understand this which is why ENG have made our commission structure as competitive as possible. We reward with both monthly and quarterly commission and an annual bonus just for hitting target. Our commission structure has a low monthly threshold of 3k, our total remuneration is 40% therefore you'll be getting rewarded with a competitive basic and excellent commission. For example at £32,000 base salary your OTE for the year will be £64,000.
