The vast majority of our client base are the principals at Private Equity firms or CFOs working for private equity-backed businesses. Or to put it more bluntly, the real decision makers! We don't work with PSLs or portals and we refuse to work at low margins. Who wants to work on roles at 15% with 3 other recruitment firms all in a race to the bottom? Not us! We charge good money for delivering to an exceptionally demanding but savvy audience. Virtually all our roles are retained or sole agency. Nice, eh?

We benchmarked our commission scheme externally to ensure we attract the best. The result: we underpay poor or average performers, pay market rate for the mid-level achievers and overpay the high achievers. Quarterly Revenue Commission Banding £25,000 £45,000 25% £45,000 £55,000 30% £55,000 £70,000 35% £70,000 £100,000 40% £100,000 £250,000 50% We run loads of incentives for individuals, teams and the company overall: - City Breaks (New York, Amsterdam) - Michelin star restaurants - Golf days out at top courses (The Grove, Centurion Club) - Vouchers (Selfridges, Reiss, Apple)

📈 Good enough to become Director within 5 years?

We have a 5 year plan to grow to 100 fee earners and in private equity we have a fantastic market in which to achieve it. Having doubled revenue in the past 12 months, we now need to hire the leaders who will take us to that target.

👥 Learning & career development

Unusually for a company of our size we have our very own Training & Development Manager. Sending people to infrequent training courses is fine but so often 95% of what is learned gets forgotten or ignored within a few weeks as people revert to type. Our philosophy is to commit to people's development with training reinforced weekly. The results have been exceptional since this was instigated at the start of 2016 and we have progressed several leaders of the business already. The training is customised to each consultant following a full Training Needs Analysis.
