NOW - We hire Senior commercial roles within Communications, Technology and Digital markets. We mainly hire leaders with a salary range of £70-120,000 (typical roles – CMO, VP Sales, Client Director, head of professional services). Our value to clients is access to our candidate community of experts. WHAT WE WANT YOU TO DO - Speak to our clients and build new relationships in untapped parts of their business. This could be design, engineering, DevOps or Operations. These are in-demand skills and salaries are £70k+ with significant international opportunities. We invest in marketing (online and international events) to maintain a network who recognise the expand brand and trust us with their career. As a 360 recruiter you will need to be confident in developing relationships, account managing and high quality delivery. We share candidates and leads. You will focus on a specific niche and work to build expert market knowledge. To build this knowledge you are likely to attend international conferences and seminars (Honolulu, Chicago, London, Paris, Berlin, Barcelona, New York and Cologne so far this year).
