All of this means we understand our clients’ challenges locally, with the ability to solve them globally.

You will be set an individual plan for promotion at each stage of your career. In general, your promotion criteria within Hays will incorporate: - Achievement of fee targets - Meeting activity objectives - Development of positive, long term customer relationships and the delivery of consistently high service standards - Commitment to the team and all members of the Hays community - Living the Hays values with a positive attitude - Successful completion of prescribed training and development activities & achievement of required levels of capability

Typical timeline for recruiter promotion

Start : Associate 9 months : Consultant 18 months : Senior Consultant 30 months : Managing/Principal Consultant 42 months : Manager/Business Manager 72 months : Senior Manager/Senior Business Manager 108 months : Business Director
