Consulting Projects - what we do:

We manage a network of exceptional strategy consultants, project & programme managers and industry experts to deliver strategic, analytical and change contracts for private equity firms, leading consultancies and corportate strategy clients. We work on high-value contracts - day rates are generally £800 - £2000. We move fast - a typical turnaround is 3-5 days. We know our candidates inside out. This is where you come in...

The Candidate Manager role:

You'll be 100% focused on developing our incredible talent network. From attraction through to offer management, you'll own the candidate journey end to end, working in close partnership with our Client Consultants to advise on and deliver client briefs. Our candidates are inspiring, ambitious high-performers with amazing careers. We meet them all face to face and we work with them for years. You'll need to be confident, credible, highly commercial and passionate about building consultative, long-lasting relationships. Our shortlists are short, turnaround times are tight and we work across a wide industry portfolio. We deliver the best. You'll need to be a fast learner, an excellent self-manager and a creative thinker with excellent judgement and flawless communication skills. Freshminds is extremely collaborative. You must love working in a team, be open to learning from others, sharing your knowledge (and candidates) and operating with the wider business in mind.

Minimum requirements:

Strong academic profile: 2.1 from a leading university & ABB at A Level Relevant experience: 18 months + experience in recruitment or executive search – you’ll be well-versed in candidate attraction, search, selection and coaching
