What can we help you learn?

We love to learn! We're working with some of the greatest minds in Strategy and Analytics. We understand this can be a hard sector to get your head around which is why we often have industry speakers from Strategy come on in to the office to help you understand what you're recruiting for. The fabulous Greg Savage also swings by the office to offer Recruitment 101 sessions as well as on the desk and half day training lessons. We also get that networking is a HUGE part of recruitment and can be undervalued these days. We encourage you and will arrange for you to go to networking breakfasts and events so you can connect with candidates and clients in your market.

The team structure

Teamwork is fundamental to our growth and our team structure is different to the traditional '360 degree' model. Each client has a dedicated Client Manager to project manage the hiring process and represent their interests, as well as a Candidate Manager who is assigned to the role and builds the very best candidate shortlist. Candidate Managers - are dedicated to our candidate pools, leading on candidate attraction, assessment, selection and service. Client Managers - are responsible for our existing clients and for finding new ones. They source new roles and projects and manage all client engagement. This process allows us to give both clients and candidates the dedication that they need and build long lasting relationships with our network.

Adam Clements, MD

As Managing Director, Adam is responsible for running the Freshminds business, with a particular focus on our pool of experienced Strategy and Management Consulting candidates. He works across sectors but with a particular interest in multi-channel Retail and Consumer businesses.
