About the office...

Our Seattle office are going through a very exciting growth phase after a recent restructure. Last year our USA business transitioned from Consultants working within a 360 capacity to being split into a 180 model. We now have a Recruitment team who service the delivery of our key roles and open positions and Account Managers who win the business. As our fasting growing US office we are now concentrating on growing this office out as our main Delivery for the Americas. The hub with double in headcount of the next 18 months and we are subsequently looking for Recruiters at all levels to join in on this fast expansion.

What does the role entail?

Reporting into the National Recruitment Director this person will manage a team of Delivery Recruitment Consultants based out of our Seattle office. Our delivery team could be working up to 20x requirements at a time whilst managing existing client relationships. This role will be in charge of developing and mentoring Consultants whilst making sure that we are delivery projects and role delivery in a timely manner.
