As a Team Manager on the permanent team you will be joining one of the most experienced and established Senior Management Teams within the Life Science Recruitment sector. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our CEO, Managing Director as well as your SMT peers whilst managing a team of experienced consultants and working high end retained work.
-The opportunity to work on high end retained work. 85% of our business currently is retained. We also invoice on acceptance which means quicker turnaround on commission -You will be working on quality over quantity. Our business models enables us to work with SME's which therefor gives us access to quicker turnaround and direct hiring manager access. We currently have Consultants banging in £50K + fees -A learning and Development Manager based in London who will be there for continuous support and development of yourself and your team -Quick career progression...we run a flat structure here and as we aren't a large corporate we have the flexibility to push people through the ranks organically and as quickly as possible -The one thing we always get feedback on regarding the best thing about Skills Alliance is the people working here.
