This role sits on the UK and European Senior Management Team and form a key part of the London leadership function. The position is multifaceted offering a challenging and rewarding career with a clear focus around three main core skills; leadership, business development and client penetration. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled recruiter looking to develop their business and leadership skills. The role of this individual will be to sell our current service lines to both new and existing clients and to continue to increase client awareness of the Skills Alliance brand and service lines. In addition to this you will work as part of the client service division and help identify new business leads, opportunities and potential new avenues to grow.
• We are is looking to recruit confident, self-motivated, determined and ambitious individual for this position. • You should have the ability and proven background when it comes to building relationships with a variety of customers, both internal and external stakeholders. • You should have a proven background within life sciences recruitment and understand the various models available and benefits associated with each offering. This includes executive search, permanent staffing, interim management and on-site and managed service project work. • A key component of this role is to open and drive new accounts so previous business development success and an ability to bring new business into the company is vital. • Your ambition to succeed in a pressurised and competitive yet extremely high integrity based environment must be clearly evident.
