Position requirements:

- A proven background in selling staffing solutions within a specialist sector, coupled with a strong understanding of the various models available. - Ability to provide strong examples of building networks, developing business and managing multiple assignments. - Previous business development success and an ability to bring new business into the company is vital. - Confident, self-motivated, determined and ambitious individuals. - Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with a variety of customers.

What the role entails:

- This position would be focused on expanding our services into Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, and Medical Device organizations in the Northeast. - Business development, client acquisition, and launching your own recruiting team to service the area. - Take responsibility for line management of a team of delivery recruiters once hired, to successfully recruit and deliver into your client requirements. This includes daily and weekly update meetings, assisting with recruitment plans, as well as performance management. - Offer constructive, entrepreneurial and forward-thinking ideas and concepts to assist in the development and growth of Skills Alliance as a leading Global Pharmaceutical Recruitment business.
