Reporting into the Global Head of Talent Acquisition this position will be working within the Internal Talent team based in our London Headquarters to assist with internal recruitment across all of our 6x offices. This role would suit an experienced Internal Recruiter ideally with an agency background who is looking for a new challenge with a dynamic, fast growing business. This would also suit a 360 Recruiter wanting to make the transition into an Internal Recruitment role. Energy, enthusiasm and a focused approach to recruitment are required for such an important role for the business. The person will be required to build talent-pools of both experienced and non experienced hires across all office locations, screen resumes and qualify potential candidates interested in opportunities, act as a brand ambassador to attract the best possible talent to our organisation as well as assisting with the overall growth of the growth of the company.
