Skills Alliance continues to evolve and expand and as such, we are looking to increase the level of experience within our organisation at all levels. A key component of our leadership teams’ responsibilities is to be developing our internal talent and driving the business forward. As such, we are looking to hire an experienced recruiter who is looking to be part of our ‘future leaders’ program and begin the transition into leadership. This could be in the form of a ‘People Manager’ or a ‘Business Manager. This specific role will be a hands-on 360 billing position with a designated vertical but will also be focused on leadership and as such you will sit on all SMT meetings and begin to learn how to lead teams, people and develop exceptional business relationships. You will also hire, develop and support a researcher who will support with your daily tasks while being developed.

Over the past 3 years the business has more than tripled in size and transitioned from a European staffing firm to a global life sciences full service consultancy. Our most recent office launch in March 2019 has been in Raleigh, North Carolina and is focused on building on our North West presence in the Biotechnology and Medical Technology hubs. Currently, Skills Alliance has 6 International offices and have a forecast 7th launch in 2020. This should allow for the growth required and the support expected by our client base. Our current headcount sits at around 110 consultants across these offices and is split evenly between North America and Europe. Most of our Senior Management Team have worked there way up from being Graduates but we have recently welcomed in other experienced Consultants from competitors who are wanting more strategic input and quicker management progression.
