Career Moves are looking for a Junior Account Manager to join its HR Division. You’ll join its growing team of seven and support a Senior Account Manager with the recruitment of all temps/interims across HR.

Key Duties will include

• Working closely with recruiters to fully understand job specification • Resourcing candidates and producing a qualified shortlist • Building talent pool of candidates • Prepare candidates for interviews • Meet with candidates face to face • Be responsible for compliance administration duties, such as scanning, filing and database maintenance

The ideal candidate will

• Have a passion for recruitment and demonstrable understanding of this industry – essential • Administration experience within a fast paced environment • Previous experience within recruitment or sales – highly desirable • Excellent attention to detail and able to adhere to necessary process • Have a keen interest in working with diverse clients and will be able to demonstrate a flexible but client focused approach to a busy workload • Be confident, resourceful and proactive • Be someone who enjoys working in a relaxed and informal yet fast paced and high pressured environment • Be very friendly and approachable and have the ability to connect and converse with a wide variety of different people
