In a nutshell, Cognitive Group recruit talent for Microsoft projects. We have mirrored Microsoft’s set up to ensure we are in the best possible position to support all those we interact with. We’re currently looking for either a Recruitment Consultant OR a Senior/Principal Recruitment Consultant to work on our Business Development Contract OR Permanent teams. This team is also overseen by Paul Knox (Group Sales Director), boasting an 18 year career in IT Recruitment, along with Team Leaders and Seniors. A very structured team, it's split into 3 main pods; Cloud, CRM and ERP. We're currently growing in each of these 3 markets although our next hire will be in the Azure space.
* Supported by senior industry experts in London. * Given the tools (including LinkedIn Recruiter for every Consultant) to penetrate existing and historical client relationships, leveraging over 10 years of relationships made within the Microsoft Dynamics space. * Maximising Cognitive's vast network and excellent reputation in the Microsoft Dynamics market to acquire high level candidates. * Leverage from existing relationships nurtured in our Major Accounts team to build new relationships with boutique consultancies and end users. * You'll consult candidates on salary levels, training requirements and career opportunities as well as manage client expectations.
