'Telling' you how you should do your job. But rather, last years, yes, only last years, £1m biller who has moved into a dedicated training role because he believes he can train you to be even better than him. If you have ever thought about billing over £500k, not only do we have the formula but someone who is now in a dedicated training and performance role, helping you master the art.
