Talentedge is a specialist recruitment company operating across media, marketing, tech and lifestyle brands. Established ten years ago, and based in Farringdon, London there's an eclectic mix of incentives and the commission is structured to give consultants total earnings of between 40-50% of billings.
This role sits within a separate division that offers in house consultancy to clients who are predominantly in the technology and creative sectors. We advise on Talent strategy, processes and employer branding, implement tech solutions (ATS, social) and act as an in house talent specialist in sourcing roles. Clients are often funded start ups and are across tech, marcomms agency, martech / adtech, fintech, ecommerce, SAAS, IOT and digital services. All are growth focused and need recruitment expertise and results in order to hit their product, operational and financial targets. Typically a consultant will have 2 clients, spending 2 days a week with each and 1 day in our office. We are also open to part time consultants who would like to work 2 or 3 days a week. This offers the opportunity to leave an agency environment but to remain client focused in terms of relationship and delivery. It is a true consulting role (working to C level) rather than a sales focused position.
You should have / be: - Confident communication skills; you will be the main point of contact for the client - Excellent recruiting delivery skills; the ability to get roles filled on time - Self motivated and able to work on own initiative; you wont be micro managed - A belief in a more consultative recruitment model and willingness to learn how to deliver this type of service - Experience of recruiting into one of more of the following areas ; technology, creative / agency, marketing, design, digital - Applicants from both agency and in house backgrounds are welcome - Full and part time applicants welcome
