Our team comes from a wide range of backgrounds to form our diverse and social office. Our staff are friendly, down to earth and outgoing - come Friday afternoon (we implement an early finish policy on Fridays) they can predominantly be found inspecting a range of beverages at various local establishments. Our Management team sits with everyone else, in the same row of desks with the same computers - we're all in the same boat here. Best of all feedback is encouraged and taken on board, from the big to the small - down to getting a pool table after asking how we could improve the office! We also know that everyone needs to blow off steam, which is why we have weekly drinks, EOQ events, Summer & Christmas parties and an eclectic mix of other gatherings.
