Client Solutions Manager - US

Our Client Solutions division is the business development function here at Venquis – from new client acquisition through to managing processes and agreeing commercials, you will be exclusively responsible C-level business developmentand managing the US team.

What You will do:


·       Generate and close new business through client acquisition
·       Hands on management our team of US business development consultants
·       Client facing with full autonomy of sales cycle to point of closure
·       Meet and pitch the Venquis solution to new & existing clients
·       Convert qualified leads gathered by the delivery function into new opportunities
·       Understand client roadmaps, objectives, challenges and pitch real time solutions
·       Negotiate commercial terms of business
·       Account manage single vacancies to large scale client projects

Who you are:

·       Several years of expereince in the US recruitment market, ideally within technology
·       Proven management expereince in developing and training consultants
·       Hands on and lead by example approach with a proven track record of success
·       Commercially minded
·       Teamplayer
·       Resilience, perseverance and a positive attitude
·       Strong verbal and written communication skills
·       Familiarity with remote work or eager to try it!
