Job summary...

Creative and Design is a core area of the DNA business, alongside Client Services and Planning & Strategy and we are looking for a new hire to add to our momentum in this division.   We are looking for a Senior Consultant with existing experience in Creative or Design to work on a defined portfolio of clients in the creative agency space. Ideally you’ll have experience of working with one or more of the following disciplines: teams, designers, copywriters, art direction or motions graphics. You’ll have the chance to work across a range of Creative agencies, from Advertising, Digital, Branding, Integrated and Activation.

Part of this role includes...

• Working alongside industry experts in the creative & design recruitment market • Building out the freelance and contract offering across the current client base • Building and managing a team in freelance creative • Budget management • Acting as trusted adviser to talent • Filling roles to ensure that we’re ahead of competition • Briefing candidates on their role responsibilities, salary, and benefits

Is it you?...

• At least 2-3 years’ advertising and creative recruitment experience; 360 recruitment or targeted headhunting background. • A track record in building and managing client relationships whether from scratch or an existing relationship. • Strong organisational skills; database management (Bullhorn experience beneficial, but not crucial) • Experience in working with numerous candidates to build solid relationships and develop a network of talent. • Ability to work both on permanent and freelance briefs would be a plus. • Commercial and entrepreneurial by nature.

Commission Structure...

Not only do we pay favourable base salaries for Remote working, but our commission scheme rivals most in the market... We believe in finding quality talent, and our bonus system runs on a Quarterly basis to ease the pressure of monthly targets. Hitting target every Quarter, could earn you over £10,000, every 3 months!! Quarterly Threshold Commission 15,000 - 30,000 10% 30,000 - 45,000 15% 45,000 + uncapped 20%
