We are looking for an ambitious and motivated senior consultant who wants to take ownership and the lead when it comes to developing the Marketing and Client Side desk here at DNA. This is a great opportunity for development as you'll be responsible for Client Side roles, you will be able to play to your strengths and work in the industry sectors you love. DNA operates a remote working and Flexible Office system and this role will suit someone looking to avoid the daily rush and commute into London.
• Maintaining and growing existing and prospect client base • Billing management • Establishing partnership relationships with client companies • Acting as a trusted advisor to talent • Filling roles to ensure that we’re ahead of the competition • Developing and maintaining business and personal sales targets • Briefing candidates on their role responsibilities, salary, and benefits
• Advertising and Marketing recruitment experience – with Planning & Strategy, Marketing, Data and Research. Client Services or related field as a specialism for at least 3 years; • A track record in building and managing client relationships whether from scratch or existing relationships; • Experience in working with numerous candidates to build solid relationships and develop a network of talent; • The ability to work on both permanent and contract briefs would be a plus; • Commercial and entrepreneurial by nature.

As a single mother I find remote working enables me to work around my children – the flexibility to attend school functions and make up for the time elsewhere. Working remotely enables me to concentrate without the buzz of a busy working office around me – when writing content/job ads etc the peace and quiet at home gives you less distractions. You are not constantly being asked questions at times when you need to have peace and quite to work. I have found that sick days have come down enormously as I am not in an office environment surrounded by other bugs. I don’t have the stress of driving to and from work each day, saving money on fuel, but more importantly the environment. Working from home has shown me how diligent I am in my day to day working – probably too much towards work.
