This includes time working with a dedicated marketing team to create an online presence and actively promoting you as a thought leader in your space. A massive opportunity for someone that wants to work autonomously but with a senior network of consultants. Internally you'll thrive in a small yet collaborative and truly grown up environment; whilst externally you'll be confident in mingling with the most talented and creative brains in the industry.

Wise words from Sarah

As a single mother, I find flexi working enables me to work around my children – the flexibility to attend school functions and make up for the time elsewhere. Working remotely enables me to concentrate without the buzz of a busy working office around me – when writing content/job ads etc the peace and quiet at home gives you fewer distractions. You are not constantly being asked questions at times when you need to have peace and quiet to work. I have found that sick days have come down enormously as I am not in an office environment surrounded by other bugs. I don’t have the stress of driving to and from work each day, saving money on fuel, but more importantly the environment. Working from home has shown me how diligent I am in my day to day working – probably too much towards work.
