Job Summary

Client Services is a core area of the DNA business and we work across the integrated spectrum from leading Advertising agencies through to Digital, Direct, Retail and Activation and Design and Branding clients. We are looking for a Managing Consultant/ Associate Director with existing experience in Client Services or Project Management to work on a defined portfolio of clients.

Build longstanding relationships...

This role is best suited to an autonomous and experienced consultant within the creative and advertising industry space. Our wider team is made up of a range of backgrounds, but we all share certain qualities: drive, curiosity, intelligence and a passion for the recruitment industry with a desire to learn and continuously improve. DNA Recruit has 10 years on the map, however collectively we possess double digits when it comes to experience. We live our values, it's not about what we do but rather how we do it. We're actively working to increase our group culture activities - beyond the business and attending awards banquets, we've spent days hosting sporting events at Lord's Cricket Grounds and days participating in sporting events like the MAA triathlon; we've been ping-ponging, soon to be mini golfing, bowling and we celebrate a company birthday every St Patty's Day. Our central office location allows us to be different in what we do with so many options on our doorstep.

Is it you?

This will be a fast paced and challenging role, so we’re looking for someone who can really hit the ground running. Ideally, you will have: • At least 4/5 years’ advertising and marketing recruitment experience; 360 recruitment or targeted headhunting background. • A track record in building and managing client relationships whether from scratch or an existing relationship. • Strong organisational skills; database management (Bullhorn experience beneficial, but not crucial) • Experience in working with numerous candidates to build solid relationships and develop a network of talent. • Ability to work both on permanent and freelance briefs would be a plus. • Commercial and entrepreneurial by nature. Experience of remote or flexible working beneficial.

As part of this role, you’ll be...

• Maintaining and growing existing and prospect client base • Growing a Client Services recruitment team • Establishing partnership relationships with client companies • Acting as a trusted adviser to talent • Filling roles to ensure that we’re ahead of the competition • Developing and maintaining business and personal sales targets • Briefing candidates on their role responsibilities, salary, and benefits

the perks...

More than day to day...

No one likes monotony in a role and while there are important working targets to achieve, this role is more than simply consulting. We want you to want to bring something to the table and to want to influence the overall business from a social and entertaining perspective. This includes time working with a dedicated marketing team to create an online presence and actively promote you as a thought leader in your space. A massive opportunity for someone that wants to work autonomously but with a senior network of consultants. Internally you'll thrive in a small yet collaborative and truly grown up environment; whilst externally you'll be confident in mingling with the most talented and creative brains in the industry.
