Opportunity to take full ownership of a highly successful and established desk within the business. This role will suit an autonomous and experienced consultant within the events industry space. You will be working with events and experiential agencies, production houses, and large venues in the events and exhibitions industry. With opportunity to have complete ownership of this section and the freedom to grow as you see fit. DNA operates a remote working and Flexible Office system and this role will suit someone looking to avoid the daily rush and commute into London. You can be based anywhere in the UK, but access to the South East would be beneficial.
Ideally we need someone that can hit the ground running. • Experience recruiting into the Events & Experiential Agency space; particularly in account handling; • A strong network of clients and candidates in the creative agency space; • A track record in building and managing client relationships whether from scratch or an existing relationship; • Experience in working with numerous candidates to build solid relationships and develop a network of talent; • Ability to work both on permanent and freelance briefs would be a plus; • Commercial and entrepreneurial by nature.

We believe in finding quality talent, and our bonus system runs on a Quarterly basis to ease the pressure of monthly targets. Hitting target every Quarter, could earn you over £10,000, every 3 months!! Quarterly Threshold Commission 15,000 - 30,000 10% 30,000 - 45,000 15% 45,000 + uncapped 20%
