Job Summary

 We are a small business with big plans in the UK and abroad
and we are looking for future leaders within the business. Tech will be a new
offering within DNA, we have a strong background in digital agency placements, but this role will be taking our offering to the next level both client-side and agency. You will be responsible for growing the desk and building key relationships.

You will need existing experience in recruiting SaaS, Software Engineering, Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, Analytics, Insight, Business Intelligence, Cyber, Cloud Computing markets to name a few. This role will effectively launch the desk and you will have the chance to carve out your own niche.  

Is this you...

 This will be a fast paced and challenging role, so we are
looking for someone who can really hit the ground running. 

Ideally, you will have: 

At least 8-10 years’ Tech recruitment experience. 

A track record in building and managing client relationships
whether from scratch or an existing relationship. 

Strong organisational skills: database management (Vincere
experience beneficial, but not crucial) 

Experience in working with numerous candidates to build
solid relationships and develop a network of talent. 

Ability to generate leads for other desks in DNA would be a
plus. 

Commercial and entrepreneurial by nature.
