Digital is a core offering within DNA, and you will be responsible for growing the desk and building key relationships.

You will need existing experience in UX to work across a
range of clients in the creative agency space from Digital to Advertising, but
equally able to expand to the Brand/Client Side. UX, UI and AI, both from a CX
Strategy and Digital Design perspective continues to thrive for our Digital
client base. With an existing heritage in UX at DNA, this role will effectively
re-launch the desk and you will have the chance to carve out your own niche.
This will be a fast paced and challenging role, so we are
looking for someone who can really hit the ground running.
Ideally, you will have:
At least 3-5 years’ advertising and marketing recruitment
experience; 360 recruitment or digital recruitment.
A track record in building and managing client relationships
whether from scratch or an existing relationship.
Strong organisational skills: database management (Vincere
experience beneficial, but not crucial)
Experience in working with numerous candidates to build
solid relationships and develop a network of talent.
Ability to generate leads for other desks in DNA would be a
Commercial and entrepreneurial by nature.
