Job Summary

Client Services is a core area of the DNA business and we work across the integrated spectrum from leading Advertising agencies through to Digital, Direct, Retail and Activation and Design and Branding clients. We are looking for a Senior Consultant with existing experience in Client Services or Project Management to work on a defined portfolio of clients.

Is it you?...

This will be a fast paced and challenging role, so we’re looking for someone who can really hit the ground running. Ideally, you will have: • At least 2 3 years’ advertising and marketing recruitment experience; 360 recruitment or targeted headhunting background. • A track record in building and managing client relationships whether from scratch or an existing relationship. • Strong organisational skills; database management (Bullhorn experience beneficial, but not crucial) • Experience in working with numerous candidates to build solid relationships and develop a network of talent. • Ability to work both on permanent and freelance briefs would be a plus. • Commercial and entrepreneurial by nature. Experience of remote or flexible working beneficial.

Flexi Working....

we have adopted a flexible and remote working policy, meaning you can work from home, The Stanley Building in Kings Cross London and have access to 17 other co working spaces in London! We actively encourage our consultants to make use of their flexible working to utilise the different locations when out and about in London seeing clients and candidates. How we work.... You have the freedom and flexibility to work from home 2 days a week, Mondays and Firdays . We have Monday morning team meetings, weekly 121 catch up's on zoom and a monthly team meeting and get together in London once a month.
