(Warm Desk) We are looking for a Consultant to join our Production, Operations & Engineering Team. Reporting into Tom Jagger (over 8 years' recruitment experience), you will be responsible for recruiting across a wide range of FMCG clients from blue-chip through to high growth SMEs and start-ups within the food and drink industry. You will be responsible for working on some of our existing accounts as well as generating new business. Typical roles you will recruit for are; General Management & Operations Directors, Production & Operations Management, Production Shift Management, Continuous Improvement Management and Maintenance & Engineering Management. Average salaries of the vacancies you will recruit for will be between £40-75k.
You will have at at least 12 months' recruitment experience. Ideally you will have experience of working within the FMCG or manufacturing space however this is not essential as we can offer you sector training. We are looking for dynamic, motivated team players with a good sense of humour and the ability to work autonomously! The role is a full-time position, however if you are looking or part-time working please feel free to enquire as we may be able to accommodate.
When you join, we will give you two weeks of induction training in-house. After that we use external training providers who can offer you training on numerous areas depending on your development needs which we will discuss with you. Example courses are: • Winning and growing clients • Candidate acquisition and management • Performing as a billing manager You can progress from Consultant to Senior Consultant, Managing Consultant and Associate Director.

• Base salary £25-£35,000 • Attractive quarterly bonus scheme • OTE up to 50% of total annual billings • Bi-annual salary reviews (results based) • £250 CASH for every new biz placement Example billings and earnings: £100k = £40,000 OTE (40%) £120k = £54,000 OTE (45%) £150k = £67,500 OTE (45%) £200k = £100,000 OTE (50%)
