Following your induction and training you will be building a desk out. We help companies who connect businesses to consumers, like Uber & Deliveroo, or who sell directly to consumers via the web - think amazon, online retailers or pretty much any other Co who sell online. Our consultants are 360* and we offer clients a single POC, meaning that when you develop a client they're yours to manage and grow. We don't operate any form of candidate ownership and encourage our people not to view candidates as a separate entity to clients, they're our lifeblood and deserve to be given the best service possible. Individuals bill between £100K - £200K pa with a £12K average fee.

Specialising in eCommerce, Marketing, Analytics & Product (our sweetspot) into London centric, consumer-focused tech organisations.
Well paid basics, so you can get a mortgage & sleep at night; the rest is commission. How does this work? Your quarterly threshold is 3X basic salary, you get 30% - 35% of everything above. Simple. As every desk and consultant is different we have realistic activity benchmarks that help people achieve their goals without having to resort to meaningless KPIs (such as "time spent on the calls per day"). We share incoming leads and accounts and are always trying to find new ways to make it easier for people to be successful.

Training is good, whether it's new stuff or brushing up on existing skills we're 100% committed to giving everyone the tools they need to succeed. New starters get a tailored induction of up to 13 weeks & as well as ongoing refreshers we have external trainers in quarterly.
