Job Description

To create, develop and deliver all Learning and development programmes across eSynergy covering every aspect from induction through to Senior Management whilst developing and inspiring future talent across eSynergy. You will need to develop and deliver a detailed and effective induction programme with clear focus around our core values, culture and our community offering centred around the needs of the business.
