SALES & CONSULTING 360° Role A sales and consulting recruiter deals with the end-to-end recruitment process. You’ll manage this 360° service working with clients on developing their job requirements, finding the right candidates and placing them as well as offering a bespoke follow-up service to build long lasting relationships. CANDIDATE MANAGEMENT 180° Role You’ll be a specialist in finding the very best candidates in the sectors we work in. As a 180° recruiter you’ll be responsible for finding and selecting the best talent and building long lasting relationships with them as you help them build their career. CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT 180° Role Client Relationship Managers are the face of the company to our diverse client base. As skilled relationship builders they drive growth through developing great long lasting relationships and add real value to their clients business.

We look after our people and made Diversity and Inclusion, Developing Talent, and Employee Engagement core parts of our business. We want to make sure our people’s voices are heard. That’s why we make them part of our annual conferences, conduct employee engagement surveys and nurture various forums. We’re proud that our achievements in employee engagement, service delivery and diversity have been recognised externally by winning awards such as APSCo Awards for Excellence, Top Employer and The Times Top 50 Employers for Women 2014 and 2015.

CSR - Volunteering

Our CSR programme is about 'Transforming Lives through Skills & Work'. By focusing on what we do best we can achieve more for all involved. Volunteering at SThreeEmployability workshop led by SThree employees Our employees can use two paid working days to volunteer, with a main focus on ‘Employability and Aspiration’ to nurture the career development of young people. One of our initiatives is to run workshops to build the attendees’ confidence and skills to find a job. Mital Jethwa, Recruitment Consultant at SThree, loved leading one of these workshops: “Being able to do this as part of your work makes SThree stand out from other employers. CSR - Fundraising

Our people lead a range of fundraising initiatives including sports tournaments, dress down days and personal challenges to raise money for SOS Children's Villages and help reach our £1m target for the10th anniversary in 2018. Additionally, SThree matches fundraising up to £50k per year. As part of our partnership with SOS Children we’re sponsoring a house in Zambia providing a home for seven orphans, funding scholarships for African students who grew up in SOS Children Villages and nurturing local partnerships with SOS Children in Germany and the US.
