We don’t hate Mondays here. Our culture is woven into the fabric of Few&Far. We’re all individuals but each of us adds something special. Everyone has a voice here. Extensive Training

When you start at Few & Far, we don't just put you at a desk and make you get on the phone. You'll be sitting with your team mates who are at a similar level to you, and your mentor will be there to guide you throughout your first few months, and on-going thereafter. We are proud to say that we have an extensive 'Few & Far' training programme for all levels, that we have developed internally from what we've seen works and what we know doesn't. The Hacker Games ^

The Hacker Games is our competitive 48-hour Hackathon (the first company vs. company event of it's kind in the UK) run independently by us. We invite our clients down to compete with the sole intention of encouraging innovation while raising awareness and money for some awesome charities.

Collaboration

We put a very strong emphasis on a collaborative culture and because we're still quite small, it means we often work with different team members across the business. We have an open plan work space where we listen to music and have regular team meetings where we are working on company projects outside of your "everyday recruitment". We have fortnightly meetings over beers where we go through the ideas box... Samm and Nick love it when we speak up with idea’s so you can't take a back seat here, we want to hear what everyone has to say! Off the back of a company-wide cultural survey we ran, we identified issues around work-life balance and were given benefits like two-hours free a week (time we don’t have to make up), unlimited holiday if you’re on target, 1.5 hour lunch break for the gym and two days a month where we can work from home.
