You’ll have an established private network in your sector and would like us to provide you with the equipment and support needed for your day to day activities. You will be comfortable meeting and greeting both candidates and clients daily, and would be happy to work hand-in-hand with our contract team in order to build on our existing client base. Our clients come to us when assignments are tough, so you'll need to use your intellectual horsepower to lead our clients - even when talent is scarce. KPI's have never been our thing, so for this reason, you should know how to grow a market, whilst providing elite levels of service. Attention to detail goes without saying. We don't want to look over your shoulder, and shouldn't have to.
