About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Tech Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record and who wants to build out a long term career with RedCat Digital. We’re a passionate team who love what they do and we are looking for like minded individuals who want to immerse themselves in our sector and become a market leader in their chosen discipline. In return we’ll offer comprehensive training, a market leading commission structure and rapid career progression.

You'll be placing Front-End and Full-Stack Developers across a variety of sectors including Fintech, Retail, Ecommerce and Banking. In return, we'll provide you with the ability to work autonomously without micro-management or KPI's and a warm desk with an extensice client base and vacancies to work on from day one.

We aren’t heavy on KPI’s so are looking for someone who is self motivated and naturally driven to achieve the best results.
Intellectual horsepower – clients come to us when assignments are tough. We need someone that has the knowledge and capability to guide and advise clients in a really consultative way.

RedCat Digital was one of the first specialist digital recruitment agencies in the UK. We were established before the likes of Facebook & Google were household names and have been helping to build this disruptive industry since 2000 – we don’t mean to brag but.. we’re kind of a big deal.

The Day to Day

Talent attraction: market mapping and head-hunting – once you’re up and running, you will get the opportunity to bring on a trainee and to support their development in order to build your own area in the contract division.

Business Development: working closely with other consultants to open existing accounts and developing new long term partnerships.

Marketing/ developing your recruitment brand: working with our marketing manager your role will be to build our brand as the recruitment partner of choice within your sector of choice. We are looking to invest significantly in sponsoring events and giving something back to the community we partner with.

Training & Development

We understand the importance of training whether it be inhouse from our internal trainer, Directors, online training, or through visiting industry experts. We've made significant investments in our training and development program which is spearheaded by our dedicated internal trainer who has over 15 years of recruitment experience.

We want you to be the best you can be and have worked hard to develop a fantastic talent development program which is on-going and constantly updated. Our training sessions are bespoke for each consultant, offering management and director programs for more senior staff members.

From day one, you will understand the key targets you need to hit in order to progress to Director. There's no limit to how quickly you progress as long as you stay on target. You'll have regular catch up's with the management team to help you manage the pace of your workload and your career. With progress comes more responsibility, freedom and, most importantly, MONEY!
